Encountering performance issues when using UCF resources from off-campus? Network Operations has recently created a Speed Test that may be useful when diagnosing these types of problems. Many applications are sensitive to network lag and can appear to not work normally when the actual issue is a network connection issue.

Computer Services & Telecommunications has consolidated the faculty, staff, and student dial up access service into one number 407-235-4201. This consolidation was due to the greatly diminished usage of this service over the years and new technologies available to users. Please keep this number on hand when using the dial up services.
